“I think that we’re all worried about what the landscape looks like in the next political atmosphere… I think that will shift the way in which we operate, but I’m hoping its also for the better… that the struggles we are going to face will teach us to be better advocates.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I’m hoping that, just like in any other case in the history of public defense, when our backs up against the wall, that we will rally, come together, and do the things we need to do for the marginalized communities that we’ve taken an oath to represent.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
